## OVERVIEW

This new construction estate by the lake comprises a primary residence, a detached garage, a boat house, and a stone bridge over a flowing creek. The main house features hickory hardwood floors throughout with intricate custom cabinetry and millwork in every room.

The dining room and master bedroom showcase custom curved glass windows that complement the copper bell roof. The geothermal heating and cooling systems are coupled with a driveway melt system under brick paving.
