## OVERVIEW

This historic home was thoughtfully remodeled from it's framework for a comprehensive remodel, blending timeless architecture with modern luxury. Every element of the renovation was approached with care, preserving heritage of this 1910 Historic Preservation Commission Lake Geneva residence, while introducing state-of-the-art systems, updated layouts, and high-end finishes.

Original details such as classic window profiles were incorporated into the design to honor the home’s history, creating a seamless balance between old-world craftsmanship and contemporary design.
